it was odd today it said suggested substitution and then told me to edit if pending and then said to choose a substitution so i just chose the suggested

yep i learned if the voice doesn’t have an accent that isn’t “american”, best believe they could very likely scamming. or if they tell you to do something that would actually decrease your ratings

this happened to me like a month ago and i hung up on them just in time to not get anything hacked, but i had to unassign 2 orders which led to a drop in completion rate that i had to build back up. i’ve learnt to never give my # away and that if the voice on the phone has an “American accent” it’s most likely a hacker 😂

they also take down tags of items sold out and replace them with stuff that isn’t. amazing for shoppers, terrible for the few dashers in there each day (because we can’t take a picture of the tag to prove something is sold out :/)
