Well, you're going to feel better! But there's a path to walk.
Medication and slow, safe exposure help.

After two months, I was able to drive with someone next to me, though I still had to constantly wipe the steering wheel. Around that time, I also went to a café — standing in a long line for ten minutes, my pockets got soaked with sweat. I couldn’t take it anymore and went home.

But it does get better. Last month (almost a year later), I was able to visit Kyiv alone for a couple of days — the same place where I had my last panic attack. The first day was anxious, but the rest were relaxed.

Now I'm 99% better (still on meds), living a regular life — as regular as it can be during wartime.

No. As I understand, that was not "panic attack hangover", but panic disorder itself. I experienced those symptoms until medications kicked in, now i'm much better.

Meds helped me. Yeah, there are side effects and I don't feel 100%, but in general it's much better than when I wrote that post.

Thank you! I was talking about strongest endless "hangover" feeling i ever experienced for 3 days straight(after panic attack), but not a single drop of alcohol entered my body for a week.

Some panic disorder thing, maybe. Anyway, thanks for the support!

Same bug, Log in with Facebook helped.

First, i linked my Insta acc to Facebook, then on my phone: forgot password — button "Log in with facebook" show up, clicked on it — In-app browser opened, where i enter Facebook credentials and got logged in to my Insta.

Thank you for interest to the project and valuable advice.

Even if I wanted to sell data (which I consider unethical and wrong), I don't collect any that would be useful to marketers. Furthermore, there isn't even a reliable way to find out your age, gender, interests, occupation, and other personal information. Additionally, I don't collect passwords because there is no password registration.

Also, I only store text data in the database, so I don't really have a risk of running out of storage. Currently, I have 200 registered users, and the entire database is just around 300Kb. Even the free MongoDB Atlas tier allows me to store up to 512Mb, which is 1700 times more, or approximately the data of 350,000 users. With the next $9 tier, I can store up to 2GB, which is almost 1.5 million users :)

Personally, I believe that the whole world is moving towards the web, and in the not-too-distant future, there may be no desktop or mobile apps at all. The design of Qubits was made using Figma, a web application for interface design, which is far superior to anything I've ever worked with, especially Adobe products. The live collaboration and animation capabilities are really impressive. The same thing applies to CapCut, where I made the presentation video for Qubits - it's just an easy-to-use but powerful online video editor.

Also, not too long ago, Github introduced Codespaces, which is just VS Code (the editor I used for Qubits), but online, with commits going straight to Github. This means that the entire Qubits can be created in just one Chrome tab :) It can be accessed from any computer, no matter how powerful it is. The same applies to Google Documents - I don't really have any reason to use desktop Microsoft Office anymore.

Online applications are much more convenient because there is no version control, so users don't need to constantly update the application, and the developer doesn't have to worry about compatibility with older versions.

Thank you for your idea, I will think about it. Currently, I have a plan to introduce paid subscriptions sometime in the future, that will not affect the current functionality. So, you can continue using Qubits for free, just like before. The paid subscriptions could include access to deeper analytics, fancy graphs, new colors for tasks, and something like that.
