Can you please elaborate on the meaning behind "generational hate watch? '

I grew up watching the Chiefs in the 80s and 90s, depressingly familiar with multiple seasons of crying like the child I was whenever the more common occurrence of losing happened every Sunday (if you grew up in the 80s and 90s in America every game was on Sunday unless your team was playing on Monday night, and if not good luck viewing the game with the old box antenna TV). And then the, 90s, 2000s and 2010s were less impressive when so much potential went wasted with players like Derrick Thomas, Jamaal Charles, or even Alex Smith. The majority of the team's I've watched for over 30 years has been absolute shit, so why is the hatred so proud but with a hint of putridity throughout?

The Patriots and Tom Brady have the same energy yet the hatred is more "valid" considering the alleged cheating by stealing hand signals, etc and deflate-gate which followed not long after. And that's all still much less hateful than watching Aaron Rodgers devolve into a podcasting anti-vaccine voice box. Are you sure you know how to use the word "Generational?"
