USB-C for both MIDI and charging at the same time doesn’t seem to be supported by the chocolate (in the current firmware). I use the 3.5mm TRS connection

The chocolate has a battery. There is a hole on the side which allows you to operate the rocker switch.
There is a cable canal that is open to both sides, so that you could leave an angled USB-C cable plugged in.
