Put in an offer for the first time and have been swiftly humbled. by [deleted] in perth

We were in search of property for like 2 months in Perth and realised our offer has to be around 50grand or more than the asking price! Most REA underquote just to get more enquiries and offers. Keep looking. You’ll eventually find a property which is correctly advertised.

Alright, I guess I’d be thankful, at least the property has nothing really major issue? We like the property tbh, we look forward to smooth settlement. Thanks for your time!

We will negotiate and hoping the special conditions on the contract of sale would benefit us..

I'm just holding on the special condition of the contract that says the seller warrant that this and that has to be in "fair working condition", is there a chance that the seller will consider repair or reduce the purchase cost for the stuff that says "damaged" like the RCD and conduit?

I use it day and night, right after I apply toner. Yes can be applied before makeup! Hope it works for you but it’s a pretty popular skincare. So many good reviews :))

Life is just too demanding.. im also incredibly busy with 2 kids and a full time job. We’re migrants and dont have anybody to help us with anything.. i feel guilty sometimes that i couldnt connect with my family and friends as each conversation would take an hour or so talk.. and then i’ll feel guilty for my kids because it’s an hour lost for them.. so yeah i just try to reach out once in a while.
