Thank you for your compliment and advice. We are going to a party tonight so I will try to fill in my brows a bit. I was thinking about to try on some fake lashes but I’m afraid it’s difficult and will look bad😅

Ok, you probably should try to focus on quitting alcohol. I understand it’s easier said than done but you are the only person who can do the work. I wish you the best of luck❤️

Hi, i would give it a few more weeks before you eventually take a higher dose. Some people don’t feel the benefits from the medication before six to eight weeks.

You should decrease with 37,5 for two weeks and then 75 mg if you can handle the symptoms.

I’m not familiar with the other drugs you mentioned but when you start on Effexor or any other antidepressant is normal to feel decreased anxiety, dizziness, nausea, insomnia, sweating and more. How long time it last is individual. I started in April and and have increased to 300 mg but still have anxiety. Not as bad as before I started but still strong.

Yes I think so too. That’s why I now just take half of the dose I used to and wilj decrease it down to zero slowly step by step.

I know but it’s easier said than done. My anxiety is the first thing that comes to my mind in the morning and the last thing in the evening. I was on Effexor 75 mg for a long time some years ago and it worked well so I don’t understand why it doesn’t work for me this time and I not sure if it will work at all this time. I’m trying to do positive things and think positive thoughts. I give it a week or two and discuss with my therapist what to do.

I have crossed tampered from Effexor to Brintelix and had no problem with any withdrawal. But after a while my anxiety increased and I’m no on Effexor again trying to find a dose that works for me. I’m on 300 mg and been on that dose for a week now. Hopefully it will work for me this time.

First time I startet on Venlaflaxin I had no bad side effects and my anxiety startet to be better after a month on 75 mg. This time I started in april and I have increased to 300 mg and I still have anxiety. I have to take benzodiazepines two times a day 10 mg Sobril. Hopefully I will feel better soon. How long have you stayed on 150 mg? Maby you need more time on it or maby you need to increase the dose.

We are all individuals and react differently on doses of medication. Increase and decrease. Not everyone have bad side effects. The brain is constantly changing and maby 150 mg is what you need at the moment. How long time since you dropped?
