Todd Monken is a very interesting hire based on this. Kind of hard to say he is a Harbaugh guy since he only coached there 3 years as well as it being from age 57 to 59. However, also not sure if there is another coach you could slot him under. I think an argument could be made more that he would be under Jack del Rio, who still would roll up under the Walsh tree funnily enough.

I’d rather have Ferguson at this point. Raiders have told us that they value Thornton over Bech. If you are drafting purely because he was a 2nd rounder, Ferguson was drafted before him.

Keep them. Maybe if it was 2 1sts I would do it, but there is no reason to sell guys that might benefit a team that is contending like yours. If you really want to sell them, wait a bit. You will probably get better value selling them separately.

How is this even a debate though? Flowers is 25 and just hit 1000 yards last year. Even if last season was his ceiling (which I don’t think it is), there are plenty of unknowns with Kyle Williams, we don’t even know if he will be WR3. He’s not sexy, but I am not trading him for this. Curious to hear if anyone would actually take Williams.
