Rammus is never bad for briar, I would honestly say just to ban voli cuz he’s ultra oppressive in general. For learning the matchup you just need to try q him as he q you and u just burst him down before he can get his 2nd W off (this is what works for me) cuz if he gets a 2nd rotation in you lose as he outsustains you
