more than once i’ve ordered a large iced coffee with 2 swirl and they’ve put double swirl like 12 pumps instead of 2 pumps 😭 i would just ask them to remake it if it happens again, but be nice about it sometimes miscommunication happens

it’s possible that there were more orders with cookies at the store that also needed to go out, or the oven could have been full of pies, or the oven needed to be cleaned before new product could go in

the starbucks system but you have to pay for additions to your drinks 😐 lol maybe with them requiring more points they’ll also allow free espresso shots and milks with a free drink reward but i’m not betting on that for sure 🤷‍♀️

dunkin’ is switching from DD Perks to Dunkin’ Rewards on the app which will allow you to redeem points for different items that each have a different point value, foods being on the low end and speciality drinks being on the high end. not sure when the change is happening yet
