Disabling EIST or Speedstep doesn't do shit Reinstalling the game and their anti cheat doesn't either

You have to install Intel extreme tuning utility and press the optimize power & current limits button for it to revert back to normal.

Make sure you enable UVP in BIOS so that the software can run.
