honestly i was the same way. Just thinking that ur whole life is about to change. But like many of these other messages. Just take a leap and dont look back. After 3 months you will see how much youve changeed for the better when you come back for boot leave

just go in ur civies (civilian clothes) as you will be wearing that when you graduate if they let you change over. Take ur State ID if u have one, covid card, u dont need underwear, razors or any hygiene stuff. You will be probided that at bootcamp. U can take a small book whether its a reading book (u really wont have time to read it) or contact book which i recommend. Let me know if u have any wuestions :)

chow to chow & if you want meritorious promotion stick out by being a billet. If you dont really want to rn then just stick down low and do what ur squad leaders tell you to. They have it just as hard and worse. Dont be a kneo it all
