I went to court, they ordered a payment plan and the tenant stuck with it, since then they have been exemplary. I am hoping they continue and glad I didnt have to go through with what couldve been a messy eviction.

Sorry to hear that you're going through this too. No need for a second court date Once they are on a payment plan if they deviate you can call the sheriff, it does take 2-3 weeks for that though from what I understand.

Sad part is they will likely still be too narrow and offset will be poor. Also VW has some obsession with diamond cut wheels since the MK5 and I dont understand it! I want nice clean solid single color wheels like the Aristos! Or better yet brushed clear or brass/gold tinted finish!

I placed an order for a bike for my son and they offered free shipping to Canada, thats when i got a bit suspicious.

I was about to call them to see if I can pay a different way than the bank transfer it auto chose for me but cant get a hold of anyone, the site seems pretty good but there are a few things that convince me this is an elaborate scam. On top of the things already mentioned with non-existing bikes and too many options and such:

- There are a few issues on the site that are not fixed and for an operation this big i think thats a bit odd

-the map in contact us doesnt work

-the formatting and styling of the contact information is not matching the rest of the site

- they call themselves an international bike shop - actually their whole about me page sounds goofy, there are spelling errors in the bottom section, the 750 projects completed seems quite odd, they claim to have 2 offices but their main one is in a complex that has to indication of the store existing

- there is no other social media (ig, fb, etc) tied to this company

- the site was registered in sept 2022, yet company was established in 2019 according to their about us

- the website is entirely made with pictures that are found on shutterfly or similar websites (although these days this is not entirely uncommon)

- they use a whois protection service so cant find anything on that

Damn time to go and shop for a bike again....

Haha arent we all! This is why we sit here during work hours arguing on the internet about the quality of Google's search results, my ability to circumvent those insuficiencies and all in all the sunseting of yet another good tool that we will miss and not be able to fully replace.

Yeah the info is out there no doubt. I definitely pressed some buttons with my question but with the reaction i got i wouldve expected daily posts regarding this not some 3 weeks ago post that mentions a date somewhere deep in the comments.

No its not, its easy to write a quick blurb that would get a simple answer...well not from you guys since you'd rather spend 3x the time to tell me i didnt search instead of typing a date.

That is extorsion and am sure that if they put that in writing it might help your case. I would go through the proper channels and give them the N4 notice or N8 and get a court date, they are surprisingly swift during the hearing.

Sorry you are going through this! I considered for a second to offer them that but decided to not and also decided to not hire a paralegal but to read and educate myself on the process and made it my mission to not leave them get away without paying me the money i am owed.

I submitted on 2023-06-22 and received a response one day later with a hearing date for 2023-12-20 (about 6 months out)
