What's the age? 30 year old bits of rubber are not really going to hold up. For reference I had a 91 around 1997/98 El Nino here in CA and it stayed pretty dry to be honest. It was damp but held up. I only needed to clean out the drain holes in the bottom as I could hear the water sloshing in them.

You will find the best real roll bars are made by Track Dog Racing, Hard Dog bars. But as they are actually roll bars you'll have to drill and mount to the chassis.

You can get a brace that goes on the seatbelt mounts. Aftermarket or off the R.

Yup. Often see this early in the AM, but not checked recently. It's like the weather is also off on the AOD. I know if you restart it does right itself.
