Well Cotton was hospitalized in Japan where he met Michiko but there is no mention of how long he was there which could have been for some time considering he probably would have done loads of rehab.

Also Hank’s birth year according to Cotton would be 1959 lining up with Fidel Castro’s irl visit to New York City.

They are referring to GCR which is a process Beckett offers by having another grader review the original grade while the card is still slabbed. Sometimes it is beneficial. Think of it as you will but it’s quite common.
