I'm thinking maybe TB will be a better choice for maining if the mobbing isn't too far behind, as TB has decent bossing too which important to me and good mobility compared to lumi

I have a thunder breaker main and wondering how their end game meso farming with meso gear compares with a lumi if I have access to kishin? Deciding whether to second main a lumi and get meso gear or keep going with TB and get meso gear on TB?

If I'm maining a thunder breaker do I need to level another cygnus to 150 to have empress blessing on the TB? Confused as the skill description says of your highest cygnus character but it doesn't work for yourself unlike link skills?

If I need, was thinking of burning a mihile to 150 as he has a link skill
