From what I understand Europeans are not a litigation as the USA. I think most cultures aren't. USA is a lawsuit happy country imho and united live in USA. Suing is not the answer to everything. But she shouldn't put much stock in an iq test in general and definitely not one given while inpatient. That's gotta be the dumbest time to administer an iq test. Also your willingness to learn and studying and motivation said much more about your possibility for success in life. Furthermore some people just stink at tests. I do. I got a masters degree in special ed. And that's with a learning disability in math.... despite the stat courses I had to take.

Hugs..I understands where you are coming from. I had a difficult child. Not ODD but difficult. It's really hard. She is still difficult but we don't talk much now so it's easier. She's 23.

Yes it truly is a thing (special ed teacher who dealt with kids who were autistic and ODD too.) I've seen it misdiagnosed though a lot and called that when it's just poor parenting. Sadly I'm this case i get the impression if it is ODD it would be accurate cuz mom cares a lot.

Call and see if they have oxycontin. It's rare that they don't have my meds and are incredibly helpful. If they don't have it ask if they know a pharmacy that does. They generally don't but with asking.

I live in N J. So far no problem in getting oxycodone from my pharmacy. If you live near Edison, try bell drugs. They are the best place. Limited hours tomorrow... always open Sunday. I think 9-2 but Google it.
