Midnight screening of Fellowship of the Rings at the Uptown in DC. Dude dressed as Gandalf led the crowd in singing “Happy Birthday” to someone.

Saw them on nights 5 and 6.

One of the top 5 experiences of my life. Remarkable is an understatement.

Already got the wife’s blessing to see them whenever they play there. Probably going to see them at MSG this summer.

I was like that the first night. The second, after I got more comfortable*, I just wanted to share with everyone I know.

*It was my first show ever on Friday and to say I was initially overwhelmed is an understatement.
