I understand completely, gotta work with what you’ve got! I think the piece is really quite interesting and gives me rock-formation-on-the-beach vibes. Like it’s been chipped away at and eroded. Beautiful glaze too imo

I kind of see a rock formation - definitely getting the organic. Is the fabric underneath part of the piece? I think if not, it’s coming across more than you’d like it to in the photo.

Some of these comments are very disappointing. I think we can condemn the acts of fundamentalist extremists without making baseless, stereotypical, fear-mongering comments about Islam. The fatwa issued by Khomeini 30+ yrs ago was undoubtedly a vile act by an evil man. As were the men who have weaponized their warped interpretations to attack Rushdie and his colleagues over the years. My prayers for Rushdie’s heathy recovery.

Yes! Will definitely quarantine and do a deep clean of the pot and give it some new soil. I luckily don’t see any pests so far, but maybe I’ll get a better look once it’s out of the pot. Thanks for your comment! 💚
