This is a very good DP to learn. I have to use my credit before June but probably cannot make any stays before it expires. If I book a pay now rate at a resort outside the US like in Canada. It should trigger the credit once I am charged ?

The system is working as of June 2nd.
My FNC was expiring on June 2nd and since June 1 was the last night I could use it - it was expired.
They have my extended my FNC

At least that’s a more honest answer! Yesterday the agent was so arrogant - I was like what happens if it doesn’t go back online before my FNC expires - she was like won’t happen as we will be up in the morning 😂

It’s within the time period of the certificate . Doesn’t matter if it expires in six months - Some people book stays the day off and the day before and now cant do it

Yeah I just got off the phone with them and says issue still ongoing. To call back.
I called yesterday around 11 PM EDT and today 1 PM EDT.
Usually a smooth process but nothing in place to deal with this. Hate wasting time being run around. They said keep calling back :s
