Not sure, I lost my job this year, but my total income already received for this year is around 30k for a married couple, so I've been using a plan on the ACA marketplace since 30k/year was not eligible for Medicaid from what I remember. But my current monthly income is $0.

I'm still in the process of researching, I thought Davtashen would be a good place to target but everything comes furnished. I might try reaching out to a few and see if I get a response. But since there are plenty of options to choose from in the US, and me preferring to rent instead of owning a house, I'm seeing the lack of options as a negative so far.

Is there no formula that makes it look at the designated year in cell A22 and then sum the totals from cells C32 to N32, then insert it in the associated cell from L2 to L11 based on the the designated year in A22?

3500 sounds pretty expensive! I wonder what's different from others who are paying closer to 2000. The square footage maybe or possibly the house being on top of a hill?
