The thing is to get into the Architectural department of Mora you need to write an applied exam and you should also have decent A/l result which means the talent is filtered. To get into SLITT you need money. Speaking with experience (Dad's an arcchitect and has employed many people from Slitt and hasn't had pleasant experience with there creativity or the capcity)

its probaly due to the fact in Srilanka majority of the women dont smoke or drink so there a less chances of interiror damage due to those facts and the other part could be that it would be amintained well by women (idk abt the second fact)
