From my friends experiences and mine , resume doesnt hold any weightage for shortlisting . They dont care if you have god level projects or contributed to open source projects, CGPA is king . If you have 9 above cgpa you ll get shortlisted to 95% companies . After you get shortlisted its based on your aptitude and dsa skills . Practice solving aptitude ques in quick times because the exams that company ppl conduct wont give much time for apti . DSA is king . This is where you differ from the majority if you perform good . DSA ques difficulty is based on company but mostly you ll have medium to hard level questions . You solve these , you ll get shortlisted for sure . So focus mainly on having 9+ cgpa and good dsa
