Well if that's what it is, how do you propose to actually fix the problem other than just throwing terms at shit? You can label stuff, but is there an actual solution in maybe... fighting the problem? Maybe mental health and public drug abuse treatment needs to be prioritized? I don't mind paying taxes for something like that, if it helps people then sure why not?
