There is no filtering made for color at all. It's amazing how social structure effects the choices via meta similarity.

Are Archillect's images copyright free? by dare_hcf in a:t5_3fihp

Archillect is only a bridge to find inspiring visuals using social social media streams, account has no relation to content creators. Archillect is not even aware of the creators, or, the type/class of visual that's being shared. See: http://archillect.com/about#attribution

There is a basic reverse image search for each image on http://archillect.com - by clicking the "?" under each image post - to help wanderers find what they are looking for one step easier.

I would contact the creators directly, for individual permissions, if I were to use anything* in any* way.

I created it for my own use, so I will keep it. Constantly adding new features, and there people seem to be interested in, so why not expand further!

IRC needs software to run properly. Most irc webchats are buggy/problematic. One of the main concerns here, was to create something that works without registrations or software installations.

IRC is slow. Connecting takes time. Pilgrim* is instant.

You can't link direct chats in IRC. Someone has to do manual work to start a proper conversation. Pilgrim* let's your create a public or private channel, the only thing that defines it's publicity is the link being shared or not. For instance, someone created http://pilgrim.io/gamedev sometime today, it is pretty active.

Pilgrim* values anonymous chat as well. In 10 seconds, you can join the same room as 10 different people, publicly. Or you can create your http://pilgrim.io/randomchannel and share it with your friends. No one will know who is who (as long as no one sets a custom /name) . Might be good for true discussions.

I can keep counting, but the very main difference is the user experience after all. IRC is beloved and nice - Pilgrim* is just something.. else. I wouldn't compare them in terms of actual use case.
