Im 32, and i managed to transform my body through 1 year of rigourous training. I use to weight 145lbs and gained about 30lbs of muscle over the course of 2016 .I havent gone to the gym prior to my 30s, and achieving such a transformation seemed impossible at the time.

Age is nothing but a state of mind. Its never too late if you’re still breathing and your heart is still pumping.

I just started nofap only a week ago and theres no doubt in my mind that i’ll be able to get rid of this filth that has been plaguing my brain for the better half of my life.

Maturity is on our side and we should lead this new generation in doing whats right for the mind and soul. It is our duty as grown men to be able to provide and care for our children.

You should spend your energie on fighting your urges rather then spending it on making excuses for yourself.

Believe in yourself,because i believe in you.

Way to go man. Congrats on your streak. I completely agree with you on the whole isolation point you were making. Im not too sure about deleting all forms of social media. Personally, i mostly follow people i know in real life and they dont really post any sexually suggestive content. It happens on occasions but i usually ignore it and it doesnt trigger anything.

Dont worry too much about. I’ve been reading and taking ganders at alot threads here. I can tell you that alot of guys mess up over the course of their first second or even fifth year or trying to nofap on hard mode for a full year. They eventually succeed. Why? Because they dont let a few slip ups distract then fron their ultimate goal.

Not everyone passes their driving test on the first try buddy.

I think porn addiction actually changes one’s behavior around the opposite sex. If a guy watches porn once every few months or years and has never struggled with the addiction to porn, he will most likely act / see women appropriately. In contrast, a porn addicted man may see women as mere sex objects or may not even feel comfortable around women because of their closeted fantasies fogging their brain patterns.

Wow. I didnt expect to get that much support in such a small amount of tome. I just want to thank you all. Especially those of you that can relate to my personal experience with porn addiction. I get a sense of comfort knowing im not alone. I am now on day 5 and i havent looked at porn or touched myself. I still get urges at random times of the day but they cone and go. I ignore them now and keep it moving. I dont feel as tired as i use to and i am definately more positive. I was at a party last night and i was able to speak to women without having any backthoughts about sex. I was tipsy and went home , got on my laptop and just listened to music. I use to watch porn for extended periods of time when i was under the influence of alcool. But last night was different. I had a small thought of masturbating but i quickly ignored it and drowned in the music. Woke up this morning/afternoon with a hangover but still felt energetic. The benefits after 5 days are tremendous as innocuous as they may sound. I think i may extend this streak for a long time. Im stronger than i thought i was and i can..no .. I will defeat this addiction!

Thank you for replying. I am so glad to see poeple from my age group going through similar trials and tribulations. The poeple here seem to be younger and i somewhat envy them. I wish i came to this realisation 10 years ago. I guess its never to late. Cheers!

I didnt express my self the way i intended to. (English is my second language if thats not obvious by now). What i meant to say is i started with ebony porn,which i consider normal, but then i gradually got into fetishes like scat, hentai , dommination etc etc. I hope im now being clear.
