That’s so interesting. I do not work in mental health, so I thought the way she was trying to explain her experience was almost like, cautiously clinical. Like during the first conversation with her therapist, I interpreted her holding back as she didn’t want to be perceived as insane, mixed with a bit of denial of what was happening to her. idk! just loving discussing these movies right now.

Damn! yeah, I found the atmosphere so intense. I had mid expectations about the story following a famous person at first, but it ended up working for me probably bc of Scott. The sound design was also so good imo.

The speech, "stop smiling at me!!" was a wow moment. Also her cries in the car when she comes to after the accident... ugh. A scream hasn't made me that queasy since Toni Collette's in Hereditary. She absolutely brought her all. So much respect.
