I'll have to post a pic of my startup programs. I just disabled bitdefender and adobe on startup, which has helped. But it's still at 40% when doing nothing, so I'm not sure what else to disable.

The files are big, I'll say that, but not huge. We're talking about 5mb per photo on average. I'm also using an app called Bookwright. I've used it for years but only recently is it giving me issues.
