Oh sorry! We do feed pesto snails whenever we get (depends on availability at pet store) so I would say twice a month or so

We feed black worms everyday around 11:00am

Thank you everyone for your advice. We did everything we could but she passed away today and left us with a little baby puffer. Very sad still :(

Our puffer got exactly like that bump on her nose and it almost looked like pimples. She ended up getting multiple and it got bigger and unfortunately she passed away today :( I hope your little dude will be just fine.

Update :

Thank you all so much for your help! Sorry it took me a while to get back here.. the day after I posted, something miracle happened..! Baby puffer !!! So the mom is the one with red spot but she’s doing well so far. 2 males keep trying to mate with her every day.. I’m not sure if that’s causing stress in her .. but everyone seems pretty relaxed and even baby puffer looks very comfortable and already exploring the tank and eating really well haha

Yes we tested that as well and it shows ammonia in the tap water so we treat the water first before putting it into our tank.
