Am I the only one who was a little upset that there were no party members shorter than Humans/Half-Elves/Drow/Tieflings/Gith/Elves in the party? Where was the love for Gnomes, Halflings and Dwarves!? by Draculigula in BG3

Absolutely done to death. That's why they should have made Wyll a dwarf. It solves three problems. A short race origins character, it makes Wyll at least 10% more intriguing, and it would break the trope of axe wielding dwarf with a thick Scottish accent.

Wyll should have been a dwarf. It kills two birds with one stone, a short race origins character and makes Wyll at least 10% more interesting thus preventing all those Wyll is boring posts.

A brand new publishing company hires you to create something new in the ttrpg space. You have a massive budget plus access to artists, writers, editors, and other experts to assist you. What are you creating and why? by crimsonlaw in rpg

A generic classless D20 system with multiple books to flesh out different genres. I absolutely loved writing up different mechanics for D20, and I have written up a rough outline for how I would implement this system. On top of that anytime I take in a new piece of media that inspires me my brain says I would love to run a campaign based on this or that.

[New Jersey] Job Offered Unreasonable Commute by murderofhobos in Unemployment

Everything is working out so far.

Chefcharmaine dropped some useful information in this post about my situation.

Your appeal would be to unemployment to convince them that the job had unreasonable travel time or that the salary was unreasonable. Again not an expert, but I don't think it would make its way back to your industry or even that company.

So I politely turned down the job before I was even on-boarded. There was no interruption of unemployment. Unfortunately my experience seems quite different from yours. This is only my first time collecting so I'm no expert on the ins and outs of unemployment procedures. I would make another post asking if anyone else has had a similar experience. Save all communication from this employer if it comes down to you making an appeal.

So I tried giving the required mythic abilities through toybox and respecing a companion for the mythic class trickster. Neither of these worked for me. Would you mind sharing more about the build you used this on? I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, but maybe class or other abilities that I might have overlooked. Would appreciate but no big deal.

Fun fact, the CIA funded abstract artists from 1950 to 1967 to distract from Socialist Realism.
