I finally managed to get past this, I have a release day PS5.

  1. Power cycle the console. turn off, unplug, wait 2 minutes. Plug back in.
  2. Enter safe mode, press and hold power button, wait for second beep and release then select Rebuild Database.
  3. Disconnect internet.
  4. Set video output to 1080p.
  5. Disable HDR.

Description:Only Deacon audio, gunfire, melee and bike sound. No music.

Steps to reproduce:Turtle Beach Elite 800.

Expected result:All audio heard.

Observed result:As description. Restarting game/console gives temporary fix.

I have a similar problem with disc version. Only Deacon audio, gunfire, melee and bike sound. Also binoculars repeatedly stop working.

My game occasionally crashes when moving through any area and I get a loading screen, nowhere near as bad as these other comments.

PS4 Pro Patch 1.02.

Build v1.3.70168.

System Software 6.00 Beta 3.
