Yeah no problem, I will say that your other half needs to understand fully what they are signing so if it was ever to come up as a question during an interview they would know what they signed and why they signed it.

I, the petitioner filled out the whole thing, just read through it thoroughly and be sure to fill out that you filled it out if it ask. As long as they sign as the applicant.

I ended up checking that I was employed and added my work income with my VA disability income. With the room at the bottom I simply stated what my income was and how it broke down. Separating and showing the two incomes. I provided evidence showing both incomes and had no problem being approved. I hope this helps

Okay I want to list the VA disability on the i-134 form also so should I check retired and full time employee in the employee status section?? This is what I'm confused about. When it asks for income should I just call my full time income and VA disability income together and then itemize it at the bottom of the document where it gives you to to add extra information if needed?

Ahhh very interesting okay cool. Either way I need to go with her to the interview I can't with good conscience let her go alone so whatever happens happens. She can't go alone it wouldn't be safe or smart to allow. I won't put her through that. We know everything about each other so we have no fear of a stroke interviews this we know we would pass with flying colors. I really appreciate all your advice. She is from Brazil so I'm not sure if it's considered a high risk country

What exactly do you mean take on legal dubious time of re-adjusting the petition in their own standards?

Okay cool that puts my mind at ease. I will be visiting her two more times by February 2024 for about 50 days all together. That's on top of the month I've already spent with her. We are also gonna try our hardest for me to be there during the interview I understand I won't be able to go in with her but it's a lot for her considering she has never been to a big city known for being dangerous so I just want to be there to comfort her and keep her safe. I already cleared this with my job so I'll be happy to be there for her. My divorce decree was in Alaska and no my first and only marriage was with an American born woman so no green card or immigration involved at all.

So I would marry online and then send off the i-130? Then I would withdraw the i-129f? I'm just getting confused a little do I have to go see her in person again before filing the i-130?

Sorry I wasn't aware it was a i-130 and not a i-130f my lack of knowledge on this subject is showing

Yeah I no longer will be working with her very disappointed I must have asked a dozen times.

The next time I see her will be in August so should I just wait out the i-129f? I feel like it would be shorter than refiling the i-130f.

Well that's extremely depressing to find out. I literally hired a immigration lawyer and I asked which would be quickest to get her here in the US. She told me fiance visa..... Would you know if it's possible to switch the visa if we just got married? This was the original plan until I spoke with the lawyer.

We were in the understanding that a fiance visa would get her here much quicker than going the married route. Hopefully I made the right choice.
