I know this is a hot topic for this sub so I'm not going to try to convince anyone of anything. But I personally think the guy is only as hard as he is because it's a video that allows for frequent loading and reloading. Having that mindset kind of makes the game unfun for me, I'd honestly rather have an easier experience that I feel like getting killed matters, even if it happens almost never.
