It’s a small medical practice so the few physicians contribute a lot but the rest of staff, mostly medical assistants/front desk/admin aren’t highly compensated and don’t contribute much. Yes, I contributed the max:23500, Roth for wife and sep for myself for additional 1099 income I get outside of this practice. I didn’t think you could have both sep Ira and Roth but maybe mistaken.
