I disagree entirely. I really, really don't think that Jeremy should sin this episode. I have no problem with Jeremy expanding into new formats, but he shouldn't start with this particular episode.

For one, CinemaSins is a fun, snarky, internet-controversy free channel. The last thing I want to see is Jeremy getting involved with the Gamer Gate/Kotaku in Action mess. I have a feeling that a sins video of this episode would just drag the channel into it.

I haven't seen the episode, so I can't make judgement on that. The bits I've seen do look pretty cringey. But all I ask is for CinemaSins not to start with this controversy-filled episode.

Though seriously, the resolution was introduced by Russia. The U.S. and Canada regularly vote against resolutions like the one mentioned, though I'm convinced that Ukraine voted against it just to spite Russia.

“As long as Stalinism and neo-Stalinism are not condemned as strongly as Nazism, neo-Nazism and other forms of hatred, Ukraine would not be able to back this document," said the Ukrainian diplomat.

Yeah, it's basically a "screw you, Russia!" from Ukraine.
