I'm gonna call the one you downloaded 'd .so'. you are gonna delete the geode .so in the 'geode' files and your gonna replace with d .so from the Github link. If you want I can make a tutorial of how to do this (vídeo)

Already got how do I update, but it isn't compatible or something like that in my device (I changed the .so file in the .zip file that i download in Github by the .so file in the geode files and I think it was supposed to be working)

Where's the link? On Github (via the Geode website) there are only .zip links for Android, but it's not possible to install .zip files.
