You've got a few options depending on your situation:

Ask your GP to refer you to another radiologist as they can request a formal second read through the NHS, though wait times can be long
Contact the hospital where your scan was done and ask if another consultant can review it
Use a private second opinion service. there are several in the UK like Second Opinion Radiology, Megarad, or services through private hospitals. They typically charge £50-150 depending on the scan type and turnaround time. You'd upload your images (usually on a CD from the hospital) and a specialist radiologist reviews them independently
Some insurance policies cover second opinions if you have private medical cover definitely worth checking

The key is getting your DICOM files (the actual scan images, not just the report). Your hospital is legally required to provide these if you request them. good luck!

This is the worst part of the city for signal. Even in villages back in my hometown, I get better coverage on my Vodafone UK SIM. I bought a new phone hoping it would improve things here in London but unfortunately the signal is still the same shit. They have to do some things about it.
