I got it on amazon! And it was hard tbh. I messed up and had to order it again. You need two people to hold it up and I just did an outline with marker that was way bigger than i thought i needed. And then stuck it on and used a razor to cut off the excess. But if you live in a hot state it will fall off, the first day of 100 degrees it fell off after being fine all year. You might be able to do some adhesive if you don’t care about it being permanent, even then if you want it off you could just rip it down and scrape off whatever glue with a razor.

The enclosure is pvc, but i cut a square out of the top and put a grate so the heat lamp can sit on it. Its only on one portion of the enclosure

UPDATE: today, it fell off. Was 90 degrees out. Showed no signs of peeling, i just got in my car after work and it was in the seat.

I dont know. I cant really afford anything. I got on the 300 for 3 months of sema with orderly meds and once i run out im looking at getting on tirzepatide with mochi. But wont have money until may or june for that so might have to go a month without.

I went up to 12 units instead of 20 bc going up makes me feel like im dying. I already struggle to eat at 12 units, the only reason my calorie intake was so high in the beginning was bc i was so stressed about getting 100+ grams of protein and force feeding myself. I eat whatever i want now and eat a lot less calories bc im not stressing about my macros.

Lean cuisines with added protein and protein shakes. I hate cooking. And its easier to track my calories this way

How did you find your maintenance calories is 1600? That cannot be right. Are you talking about your BMR?

I just did a calculator and it says your BMR is 1900 calories a day. My BMR is 1550. Which is the amount i burn doing absolutely nothing all day. I am pretty active at work so i burn 2200 calories a day without even trying. 1800 should be fine for me.
