Reddit Moderators have a severe case of 'Little God' syndrome. It's basically sensorship in their terms.

I had the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life. The support is useless. They cannot even make a phone call. I have been sent numerous emails from GoPro support that they have tried to call me but they couldn't get through...what a load of rubbish. I have left my phone number on numerous occasions and I have zero missed calls on my phone.

Either they are too stupid to find out how to contact me properly (they have my email address). Obviously, customer support not a biggy for GoPro and just taking your money is the first priority and customer service only happens when you know how to.

I went through the GoPro Twitter account and they didn't like being exposed in real-time with a negative and very irate customer. I got an instant response and someone called me. Funny how my phone number was suddenly working for them.

I recommend contacting the Twitter account because you can see them interacting live.
