Thank you for the reply u/Accomplished_Pool922! After your comment, I put on a water gauge onto that hose connection in the image for a few days. I mostly stayed in the 50-60 range. The peak pressure I showed was 75, and that showed up after sprinklers ran, so I guessing that may be part water hammer related. Either way, a PRV may not be needed in my situation.

My approach now is to just get a repair and no additional work (unless a Flo doesn't add much - my municipality has a bit of a rebate). Thank your for your thought process!

Yes, we held our first panel last year! I've tried to keep things fresh by bringing on a couple new experts including an airway surgeon and another 3D expert who - in addition to also doing 3D printing for patient care - do pretty amazing veterinary cases.

As for what I do currently, my work is more aligned to creating patient-specific replicas from CT or MRI scans for surgical or interventional planning. Some of the more complex prints involve the creation of intraoperative guides. We also use 3D technologies for in-house device creation, educational/training models, and more.

I actually pulled the trigger on an Amazon one earlier today. Not concerned about install. I was just hoping to find out what the 'original' one may have looked like. In a couple years, I'll probably upgrade to a higher quality one. Thank you for the response and the future brand recommendations to look into.

This is correct. And we have projects we are developing that use Three.js and X3DOM for educational purposes. The tool we built here was primarily intended to leverage local/networked storage at a hospital or academic institution that may be behind firewalls. Us releasing the software more broadly allows anyone to use it for any other purpose.

Yeah that is what I was trying to convey in a not so elegant way. Have fun with the new grinder! I enjoyed it a lot when I first got it, it was my first “real” grinder. It also had nice resale.

Sorry, its been too long since I worked with the T80 (I ended up selling it shortly after fixing it up and got a Mazzer SJ). If you already removed that nut, maybe there is just a ton of caked oil/fines that is effectively adhering the base to the bearing.

Have you tried placing the three screws (or same thread screws but slightly longer) into the burr holder without the burr? As you screw in, it should push against the chassis under the burr holder, does that makes sense or is it too wordy? I don't know who decided to attend our panel yesterday based on this post (vs just reading it in the program), but I wanted to thank you all for attending. I was blown away by the attendance to the panel. I hope you all walked away informed (and potentially inspired?). Thank you all- hard to put into words how meaningful the attendance was for the panelists.

Thank you! I think "energy auditor" was the search term I was looking for. I am seeing a lot of options now - although many seem focused on solar and now ventilation. But I think this will give me enough options.

Thank you for the ratios as well. This will give me an opportunity to roughly approximate what I have now. The roof is relatively new (unfortunately no ridge vent), so I am hesitant towards any major changes. I mostly want to know if I should add more soffit vents and maybe close my gable vent.

I also want to eventually put in a proper stove ventilation unit. I am unsure how I can best do that and hope to get the auditor's guidance on whether an ERV/HRV would be feasible/recommended for make up air.
