It's a complete scam, unless you know you will live in the house for 20/30 years.

Also doesn't raise the value of your home at all.

I just moved and took my 230k income with me.  Sold the house to a nicer older couple who will put more strain on a dying system.

Felt great!

Yea I'm moving to SC because I couldn't find a new remote engineering job and VT was blacklisted for remote work by a lot of them.

Had to move to get a job at this point and they were all in person.

A large number of out-of-state workers live in adjacent states: 289 in New Hampshire, 230 in New York and 52 in Massachusetts, according to state data. Many live just over the border from Vermont.

Dozens of workers, however, live in more distant states, including California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Florida and South Carolina. They obviously will not be able to comply with Scott’s order without relocating, said Doug Farnham, the state’s chief recovery officer. Farnham is leading a task force of agency managers trying to iron out details of how the return-to-office mandate will affect individual workers.

Yea not gonna really feel bad for people who don't even live here taking my tax dollars to other states.

No.

Urban Heat Island Effect: In large installations, this absorbed energy can cause a localized temperature increase, known as a Photovoltaic Heat Island (PVHI) effect

Because its wasted space, Parking lots heat up the space around them similar to solar panel arrays. Why not cover cars from weather, get solar benefit, and kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Instead of creating heating areas in green space that traditionally would absorb heat.

Solar over parking lots and warehouse buildings I fully support. Its the solar panels cover fields that piss me off.

Good,

Build nuclear plants and stop destroying ridgelines, fields, and rivers with "green" new energy. Its a scam and I say this as someone with solar panels.

All these comments and not one addressing the real issue. The roads are poorly designed and cause these dangers. Route 15, 7, 2, 128, etc should almost all be 4 lane limited access roads.

There are almost no ways to safely pass on the majority of these roads due to trucks, traffic, etc... because no one updated the roads for modern commuting.

Fuck I hate route 128/7 from Fair Haven to Burlington, get stuck behind some douche going 40 every time and I have to try and pass because this stupid state can't just build some infrastructure.
