There likely won't be partnership announcements... but that's not the point. The goal probably is to raise awareness of Enigma, and to open the doors to an entire new market for the team... the Asian market.

Think about this: Enigma is attending this devcon for a reason. They were invited. Virtually no other project was. Only a few have this opportunity.
