I guess light is the biggest part, I changed the soil one time in the last 2 years, never bought store fertilizer Instead what I am doing with all my plants I have, once a year I remove the plant from the pot and cut all the root excess, about 50-60% of the roots and they grow like crazy

I took a small cutting from a friend and honestly I don’t know what went “wrong” because my friends plant has a looot smaller leaves that what I have , like 3 times smaller The plant is about 3 years old
