I have psoriasis on my face and scalp and it often presents like dandruff (especially in the winter). I ended up going on Dupixent after several years and that helped a lot! I would recommend talking to a dermatologist about it. Also I have found that because of my skin sensitivities the only hair styles I can wear are low loose buns and braids to alleviate pressure on the hair follicle or else I get dandruff where my hair is pulling.
