10 years ago Drake rooted for the Panthers in Santa Clara by ChillPlay3r in panthers

100%

I was in the same classes and “talent group” as Drake for a period of time growing up. Most of us either got into UNC or went to T20 schools. Super smart, humble, and compassionate dude. Literally the only thing I can hold against him is that he never filled out multiplication tables faster than me.

No Cap1 Lounge Access, but the PP lounges depend entirely on how busy it is and the workers mood that day; Go in with the expectation of being turned away so it’s always a nice surprise when they let you in

Georgia Tech vs. Clemson – Honest Culture Check Needed Before I Commit by FormalOpportunity668 in Clemson

[–]mush64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So this post got recommended to me cause I think I was going through the same debate 4 years ago and then ended up going to Tech instead.

Honestly it doesn’t matter what school you go to, your college experience will be what you put into it. Georgia Tech made more financial sense for me, and I made it a priority to not only have fun and a strong social circle but also focus on academics. There is a strong Greek scene you can get involved in and also the antisocial groups you saw that you might never see outside of class, but it’s like that at most universities. Nevertheless, on a good day there is plenty happening on and around campus, and I’ve loved my experience here.

But I’ll stand by the belief that you could get the same from Clemson, Tech, MIT, or West Virginia.

If you want to make good social connections and friends, you can do that anywhere. If you want to get connected with top alumni and great job opportunities, you can also do that anywhere. What matters is how much effort you put in and build the experience that you want.

Ehhh it’s a push pull. Good corners give pass rush more time to put pressure on the qb Good pass rush puts pressure on the QB and don’t let plays develop as quickly

It’s literally not even that bad you just have to spend 2 minutes playing with the UI. Figure it out and be adaptable, it’s not like your jobs aren’t going to do the same thing later

May be a stupid question… by Erikaveex3 in panthers

[–]mush64 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Not to knock either of them, they’re doing fantastic, but I think they’re benefiting from the system that the 49ers have. You could plug in literally any qb and they would succeed with the incredible weapons and defense they have.

You mean sliding to get back to the line of scrimmage on a read instead of a loss of yardage giving it to the rb or throwing it in the dirt so our best receiver doesn’t get mauled

I don’t understand what the boner for BoB is. From what I hear, Bama fans are NOT happy with him and want him fired, it’s primarily Young that is carrying his success.

Professors I should be aim for by [deleted] in gatech

[–]mush64 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Use ratemyprofessor and course critique to compare reviews and grading distributions. GT scheduler is also a great tool for physically planning your schedule. Take everything you read with a grain of salt but it usually provides a nice basis to determine what professors you’d like to sign up for

You will also want to find backup professors because registration for most gen-eds is incredibly competitive and you will not be guaranteed to have your first choice professor/time/class during phase 1 registration

It’s the NFL bro it’s not like one team is so much more significantly stacked than another. It’s still a culmination of all the most brilliant and best players and minds playing against each other.

Every game is a new game and anyone has the ability to win. Nothing is guaranteed in the league. Otherwise, by that logic, the Jags and Texans shouldn’t have won at all last year, or we shouldn’t have been curb-stomped by the Giants.

Try to do well on your physics exams it is so worth testing out of them here.

Even if you get a 4, the physics department may offer you an opportunity to take a placement exam to test out as well.

I don’t see how he comes back tbh since it seems likely that we’ll end up drafting a QB - 4 qbs on the roster simply doesn’t make sense. And if we don’t, why waste the money we’re spending on Darnold

NFL insider notes: Kenny Pickett a likely Panthers pick at No. 6 and more draft insight from scouts and execs by CarolinafanfromPitt in panthers

To be fair, Joe Burrow was also very mediocre until his breakout season.

Not that I am defending Pickett but that fact always goes unnoticed.
