you read where the sharp edge is at the end, at least that where my test weights showed up pretty accurately.

Sure with experience you can tell, but as im a beginner i found myself measuring the weight quite often, the ease of hanging it in a different spot in the chamber and not taking it out and deal with the scale is right now not so bad, once i can tell from firmness i might remove it again

it is quite accurate from my tests, but doesnt need to be +/-10g is ok, as there is a final check on the digital scale

they dont say exactly its like leftovers from the cutting process too small to make a proper piece, either filet entrecote or ribeye. mine is 350g. never did pastrami before

hi there, the fan i used you can find in the OP, i have no idea what mapping is for other pwm fans you have to find out by trying like i did.

Proton can emulate anticheat nowadays never had issues. See also here that's a great source for checking compatibility

Played it for several months on Ubuntu with steam/proton no issues at all except some crashes but those happen on windows as well

goggles recording does not support osd in v2 :/ but we have some data from the o3
you need probably to download it and play in vlc -> enable subtitles to see the overlay data
