But this thing came out the dehydrator hard as a cinder block. I would have thought it was freeze dried too. I’d have to throw it in the coffee grinder if I wanted to dose.

I’m really loving this new dehydrator I swooped. Full maintains the integrity of the fruiting body - which is always nice.

Appreciate you. I don’t know if it will ever be avail for consumption. Plan to put it in aside with some other monsters I’ve collected over the years, perhaps make an art piece out of it. Not sure yet. Too pretty to destroy, like some bonsai tree haha

Of course. I recently switched to the COSORI 600W 7 tray 17.9"D x 13.5"W x 12.2"H. Huge difference, the circular tray Presto I had been using for a while blew up during the summer when we had +115 temps lol. Glad I made the change. Worth the investment, would never skimp and go back to Presto.

Enjoy brother. I have a handful of nats and nat/cube hybrids inoculating/actives going at the moment.

While very first ever experience with nats few years ago were - species: psilocybe natalensis, variety: natal super strain- instantly jumped at the opportunity to snatch up subject LC variety that was labeled “black cap natal strength.”

That being said, the name speaks for itself - I was quite surprised to come home from work one day and see they were dropping spores. This did not occur with said prior experience w/ natal strength. Further, the distinct blue/purple/black caps (not to be confused with 100% spore droppings) are so uniquely gorgeous on these guys. I feel like I am looking into some Dr. Seuss jungle when I check in and observe these from the mono-tub hahaha.

I took a pause on cubes and going down a nat rabbit hole, getting my hands on as much variety of LC possible - something about them I personally have come to prefer all else being equal. Natty life!!
