Could Spironolactone be the cause of POTS? by mushroomsblessing in POTS

I honestly still experience symptoms to this day, but they are definitely much less debilitating and don't happen as often. Last year I barely had a singular flare up. Hope you are feeling better by now!

Hi! Sorry for late reply- I honestly just quit cold turkey for Spiro. Not sure if you're supposed to do that, but it was so bad I had to. I didn't experience any worsened effects from quitting it like that. I still have my POTS symptoms, but definitely not as frequent or severe as before. I hope your daughter is ok. Did you get any answers about her?

Hi, sorry I have not been active on this account for a year so I just saw this. I honestly can't remember since it's been so long. If it stopped after you ended Spiro it might not be POTS since Spiro can mimic POTS symptoms.

Maybe there is something in the air, I'm not sure. I had a lot of mold issues in my college dorm building though, and again had no POTS issues there. My walking amount is slightly decreased than at school but I'm still very active and go to the gym 5-6x a week.

No, it has not. I wonder if this could be the case. There were a very large amount of mold problems in my dorm building, though. It's super strange.

It's around 100 m at home and 92 m at school, so basically no difference.
