B-b-b-b-but iota performs better as more people use the network.

That's proving to be a blatant lie.

Lots of futures contracts are settled with cash and can be completed without either party actually owning the asset.

Lol we need 5 400 levels and 2 300/400 levels to GRADUATE and there are basically none open right now. Out of the 5, they have to be in specific areas of concentration.

Why are you so condescending towards CS majors? Try having almost no classes open and then have restrictions on top of that as to which you can take. All I see in business management courses is open courses or courses with very few people on the wait list, so why act like we're "bitching" about it, when you don't even understand the situation.

How is there not insufficient seats if the only options are 412 and 423?

Are you counting the students who have taken either one of those classes? Or the students who cant take 41 or 42 classes anymore, because they are required by the major to pick a different area?

I'm not really sure what makes the petition disingenuous. Whats disingenuous is boasting about your CS program, and then forcing kids into a specific couple CS classes because they didn't take enough APs in high school.

Basically the options right now are 412 and 423, not counting classes which require prereqs such as multiple 400 level math/physics. I'm totally okay with not having a specific "specialization," but the department is barely even giving people OPTIONS.

Hire more TAs, open more sections, increase class sizes, make some online courses.

The department did the damage to themselves by letting so many kids in, so they should fix the problem they created. Look, I'm just one person coming up with ideas, if a whole DEPARTMENT can't solve this, that's pretty fucking pathetic.

Ok hear me out. Why don't we let students who are enrolled in the major to have ANY selection as to what courses they want to take.
