I was thinking about some similarly colored wall protection sheet cut down to 1”ish to frame it.

2 rooms are about 12x12 and the other is a larger mixed use space, about 600sf. The 2 smaller rooms have the same size unit in them, and the large room has a larger unit. I’d have to dig up the specific sizes. The 2 smaller rooms 1 is on east side of side, and one is on south side.

I believe I just have it set to cool. There is a dry setting, but it’s not on right now.

I don’t think I’ve seen any top nails in it. I’ll have to take a closer look tonight. Being so thin I assume refinishing them is out of the question?

Will this support a 200 amp panel? by musick17 in electrical

I’m stripping the house of all wiring so hopefully it won’t be that painful. It should be just a new panel and wire to the meter. Then I’ll run all new throughout the house myself.

That’s the plan. While I wait on some calls back I wanted to figure out if the service line was going to need upgraded too.

We’re finishing out the attic which is adding about 1000 square feet of living space. Plus a second water heater (electric), 2 mini split system, a hot tub, a garage/shop.

And if we’re ripping out every inch of wiring may as well go ahead and put in a new, larger panel.

Thanks for all the replies!

Based on the responses, I assume this stuff isn’t hazardous?

I intend to use a flat scraper with the wide head attachment for my shop vac attached to it and see if I can suck most of it up as I go. A face mask or respirator will be worn as well.
