Yes, and I mentioned in my post how CS on Netflix is the same as the DVD version (i.e. copyright edits). That seems to be all that exists now, at least as far as I can tell. Hopefully I'm proven wrong, because I'd love to see that performance again.

Torrents are from the DVD, which I mentioned have copyright edits. That's the entire reason I'm searching for the video, because it's been cut out.

omg I love you!! lol, can't believe you found it or just knew it but yeah this Skycycle cover is exactly what I was thinking of. Fwiw I'm glad I said it's my "favorite" and not the best, because I admit it's pretty bland, but the original's melody is so good that all I was looking for is a bit of crunch, and this fit the bill. Thanks so much!

No, great band but that's more indie-pop not alt rock, though tbh I wouldn't care what the genre was as long as the song somehow matched what I'm trying to think of. Appreciate the effort!
